All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

3. Tracking Information
All orders include DHL tracking.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the DHL system.
4. Delivery Delays
While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to:
